Prices

At Atraco Agency ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and quoted including VAT and fees. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items. Payment

Atraco Agency ApS accepts payment by bank transfer. The payment will be deducted from your account only when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. Delivery

Atraco Agency ApS strives to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM the same day; orders placed thereafter will be sent the next working day. All orders are delivered online within the agreed timeframe. Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. Complaints do not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the deficiency/error. Atraco Agency ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. For returns, complaints, and exercise of the right of withdrawal, please send to:

No shipments will be accepted with cash on delivery.

Refund

If it is a matter of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk by email or any other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy is available on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;

You receive the order.
You have physical possession of the last item when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
You have physical possession of the last batch or last part when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of items that consist of multiple batches/parts.
You have the first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of items over a specific period.

You must cover the return shipping costs yourself. The withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to jakob@atraco.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw just by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notice thereof.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Items made according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
Items where the seal has been broken.
Provided non-financial services if the performance of the service has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the performance has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals except for subscription agreements for such publications.
Agreements made at public auction.
Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returning

You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs incurred in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will go faster if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the moment of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any depreciation of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature of the item, its properties, and how it functions. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawing from the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us refunded. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the amount refund until we have received the item back unless you have previously provided documentation for having returned it.
